The goal is to contribute to inspiration, encouragement, orientation and organization to prevent nutritional problems.
The interplay between appetizing and sensory-stimulating dishes with adequate energy intake, structuring the meal, overview and nutritional value in what has been registered, and the opportunity for digital presence and interaction with others is central.
